Vintage Washington Senators/Nationals baseball head with hat ceramic coin bank. It reads "American Security And Trust Company Washington D.C." along the bototm of the front. The bottom is marked "wdw Los Angeles" and still has the wdw sticker attached. There is no stopper/plug in the bottom. 

This bank measures approximately 4 1/2" tall, approximately 2 3/4" in diameter-across the bottom, and approximately 5" wide- at the widest point. 

It does have crazing, a few chips (mostly in the paint), and some paint loss.
