A huge quantity of GB stamps in many packets of various types filling a cardboard box and an inner box. Some packets contain many thousands of stamps and some only a few.

The VAST MAJORITY (by number, not weight) are OFF PAPER and clean - at a guess around 90%. The remainder on paper but the whole lot is totally unchecked, making it a great study lot for variety, postmark, printing etc, and a good chance of unfranked content also (I saw some just photographing the bags). Most of the material appears to be decimal GB commemoratives, some earlier and a few Victoria to KGVI notices also, plus Machins/definitives. Will be duplication, sometimes heavy.

Net weight of OFF PAPER ONLY is 1600 grams (minimum) @ industry standard 25000/kg = 40000+ (then thousands of on paper too....).

Most of the stamps look clean and there is no odour. However, please usual MIXED QUALITY for the purposes of the auction.

Obviously the amounts are approximate, but I am confident there are over 40000 stamps in this huge lot and quite probably more.
