The cover story of this issue is on Melissa Etheridge ,and she was headlining the "On Tour" issue for the upcoming summer of 1995. Other articles are on Mudhoney, The Notorious B.I.G., and summer tours, among several others. The issue also has all of Rolling Stone's regular features. 

This issue is in very good condition. There is very slight wear along the edges of the cover, but otherwise, the issue appears to be virtually untouched. There is an address label, which I have whited out for privacy.
