Nice early dress, likely from the 1800s .   Thick fabric almost like a high quality flannel.   Handmade.   Interesting that the seams on the shoulders are not together, nor are there any buttons.   They are hemmed.   There is both hand and machine stitcking.

Naturally aged/browned.  Good condition.   Measures approx 17.5" long.  11" x2 across the chest, but it tapers so it may be a little more or less.  11" x 2 from armpit to armpit.   13.75" long from armpit to hem.

My camera usually removes the brown/yellowing of items.   So if that is the case, I would best describe the color of this item as tea stained.

Though very good condition, there are 3 little holes very close to each other in one areas about 2" up from the bottom hem, right side near seam.
