Classic mid-century vintage lamp.  Bracket mounts on the wall, the arm fits in the bracket to extend the lamp out over a chair, bed, side table, etc.  A weight on the cord counters the weight of the light so it can be adjusted in height.  Glass light globe with gold band/striping.  The brass plating has a lot of patina, the disk shade has some scratches, this lamp could be used as it, or look great with a fresh coat of paint.  Please refer to photos.
