Full working order.

For sale is an ANPR camera made by HIKVISION. The camera was removed to be replaced with an upgraded ANPR system

The camera is fully working with minor cosmetic marks (not scratches) which may come out with a good clean.

Even though this is easy ip.... to get its full potential it needs to be installed by a competent person.
