This is an adorable antique majolica, 6 well "miniature" 7" OYSTER / Seafood PLATE made by WEDGWOOD - circa 1880's. It has 6 ribbed scallop shell wells in a rainbow of colors on a bed of green seaweed waves - from the OCEAN series of Wedgwood's Argenta Ware.
Marked in red with the pattern/shape #2942, 'HC'- decorator initials, and impressed WEDGWOOD on the back.
Measurements: 7" diameter, .75" high edge
