I opened the top to see if the instructions and to see if still attached to box harness. 
Instructions are there on bottom and the Harnes is holding snoopy to the box. 

This does not come with the AC adapter or batteries. The Box states this. See-pictures. 
The box says what batteries and AC adapter you need.
