This listing is for an antique/vintage, possibly Westmoreland, milk glass plate featuring a dimensional representation of England's Queen Victoria with her name beneath the bust.
The features a fancy lace edge and measures approximately 7 & 1/8" in diameter.
It is unmarked.
Hanging wire is attached to the sides of the plate, but could be easily removed if desired.
