I am always available to answer questions about my items, shipment methods, or anything else. Please note, however, that I ask that any special requests (alternate shipping arrangements, alternate methods of payment, international customs matters, etc.) are inquired about before purchase. Payment is expected within 3 days after end of auction, immediately with Buy It Now, and within 24 hours if a "Buy It Now" offer is accepted.

I take great care in shipping and make sure that items are properly cushioned and immobilized. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is normally within 3 business days of receiving payment, often sooner. Shipping will be combined if possible to save you on shipping costs.

I try to describe and photograph items comprehensively, but returns are gladly accepted on any item that is not as described (as long as it is in the same condition as when it was sent out). I consider the photos in my listings to be part of the description. If you wish to make such a return, you must send a message to me within 5 days of your receipt of the item. Please note that I take the 5 days after receipt of your item seriously-- please do your part by opening your package upon arrival and checking the contents, then letting me know right away if there is a problem. The buyer pays the return postage for any returns. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason.
