APOLLO GOLD (TLM): Apollo Gold dragon fruit is a newly improved dragon fruit variety, and it is not your typical yellow-skinned dragon variety with just lemonade flavor. Apollo Gold is way sweeter even than many red-fleshed dragon fruit. During the first season of Apollo Gold fruit, the sugar content already reached Brix score of 17.8, which is a significant accomplishment in the development of the yellow-skinned, thornless dragon fruit cultivation. Apollo Gold fruit is also large (weighing 1.25 pounds) and the plant is extremely hardy to adverse weather conditions like cold and heat.

ALBINO: Albino is a unique and rare dragon fruit variety native to Mexico's wilderness regions of Jalisco and Michoacan. The fruits reminiscent of El Grullo but with yellow-skinned and luscious white flesh inside. The Albino plant is notable for its white coating and exceptional tolerance to both heat and cold. The fruits are a delightful combination of sweet and refreshing flavors. Albino is different from the La Catrina variety in that its thorns are shorter. We acquired the Albino cutting directly from Israel Barragan, who is the founder of "Pitahayas Cotija", just for your peace of mind.

GIANT HAWAIIAN GOLD: The Giant Hawaiian Gold dragon fruit is a variety native to Hawaii, this yellow dragon fruit does not have any thorns on its skin. As the name implies, the fruit is large and typically weigh between 1.5 to 2 pounds. The white flesh inside is decently sweet and slightly tart with a lemonade flavor and very refreshing after chilling. After reaching full maturity, the Giant Hawaiian Gold branch grows robustly. We acquired our cuttings from Vince Cortez, who received his cuttings directly from a grower in Hawaii.
