Vintage from 1989 My Little Pony Petite Ponies Prancing Pretty Carousel playset. Appears to be fairly complete to me. Comes with everything shown

Carousel moves and plays as it should. The ponies cutie marks do have some paint rubs from play. The one set of wheels on the teacup train appear to be replaced as they are black instead of white. Some of the fencing does have breakages in the pegs. Overall it still displays great, nice and clean. And can still be played with as well. Lovely playset.
