Happy Eater restaurants – souvenir Salt and Pepper Sprinkler in original Box, c1980s. .
This is a good unused example of an interesting Salt and Pepper Sprinkler (dispenser) that was purchased at a Happy Eater restaurant sometime around the 1980s or so. It is in its original 3¼” x almost 3” x 1½” box that has instructions on how to fill it and use it and states that it is ideal for Holidays, Motoring, Caravaning, Camping, Picnics etc and that it never clogs or spills. The box is a bit ‘tired’ with some creasing and there is crinkling to the cellophane window.
The actual clear plastic (Perspex) Sprinkler has the logo of Happy Eater on the front. When you fill it with salt and pepper you release the condiments by pushing the buttons on the top edge. It is easy to see that it has never been used and will be fine to either use or display.
