This is an oversize proof card (approximately a 1/4" taller and wider than a regular card). Printed on regular card stock with blank back. Still fits in a standard toploader. These proof cards are really clean, with most looking near mint to mint in my opinion. 

In case it needs to be said, there is no game-used patches on any of the cards. Where the game-used patch would have gone is just the printing of the card. These are thinner than the regular O Pee Chee cards, so they are more like a regular base card stock. But they have the gold foil on them and all the other design elements, so the front is complete other than the game-used patch material, of course.

At the time of the initial creation of this auction, I have the Trios and Foursomes Patches proofs, and the O Pee Chee Premiere Remnants patches proofs as well. The regular versions of these cards are super limited (between 10-25 copies of each, depending on the card). So you can get one of these if you can't find the regular version, or to pair with the regular one if you already have it. Great card for any super collector to add to the collection of their player.
