This is a 1999-00 Topps Chrome refractor parallel. Most of the cards I have listed from this set look to be excellent. For the most part, the edges look sharp and corners are solid, with decent centering. But most have surface scratches (some are significant) on these that keep them from being mint or gem mint. Please check out the pictures and bid/offer accordingly, especially on the Magic Moments ones, where I took a lot of closeup pics of the fronts and backs so potential buyers get a good idea of condition.  If you're a stickler for condition, please don't bid on this card. As you can see from the pics, they still look beautiful but the scratches are apparent when held up to a direct light source. I'm starting them all off relatively cheaply as a result. If you aren't too particular about condition, this might be for you.  Flat-rate shipping fee is $3.00 per order for US addresses. That means you pay one low fee for the entire order, no matter how many cards you win. In order to qualify for combined shipping, a SINGLE payment must be made for all cards in the order, so please wait for a consolidated invoice before making payment. For non-US bidders, S/H is $4.00 for the first card and $1 for each additional card with a cap of $15 S/H fee per order. If order total is more than $50, a $15 s/h fee is required so that I can send via ebay's international shipping program with tracking.
