Well what a stunning motorhome that has come into our stock recently.
Upholstery is in a brown faux leather type material.
Lovely and spacious with a fixed french bed at the rear with the a good size bathroom next to the bed. Shower, sink and cassette toilet.
The kitchen area is in the middle of the motorhome, with a large fridge, and freezer and a 3 burner hob, there is a large cupboard with space for a microwave or a oven grill to be fitted in there if needed.
Sink and drainer too with lots of cupboard space.
After the kitchen is the lounge area a bench seat and double seat with two seat belts. The drivers and passenger seat are swivel captain seats, to give more seating in the lounge.
Above the lounge / cab area there is a hidden double bed that can be pulled down for another double bed.
Large garage too!

This is currently going through workshop to have habitation repairs to the large wardrobe door, top hinge broken and new locks on cupboard doors.

We are happy to take your camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle at a trade price that is in a good working condition, which will be checked prior to the agreement. I'm sorry but we don't deal in the following: Caravans, boats or motorbikes.
Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with a £1000 non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer or we can take card payments for deposits only. An invoice / receipt would be emailed to you along with our company bank info. The balance would need to be paid by bank transfer, we don't accept card payments for the full or part paid balance,payments to be made prior to collection on collection/delivery on a weekday only because our bank will not pay into our bank on a weekend. If you're having your motorhome delivered then payment will need to paid up front before delivery.
We don't have finance facilities sorry. We do not accept cheques or bankers draft, this is down to our bank.
MOT
All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will go through a our Leicester MOT workshop that we use and will have a new 12 month MOT carried out. We do not carry out the MOT's ourselves.
SERVICE
All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will have a full service if it's needed or if it's been serviced recently then we replace the oil/air filter, all carried out in our workshop at Burnmoor Street, Leicester, along with any other mechancial work, trye change etc that needs undertaking. If there is no evidence of a cambelt change, this will be done along with the oil and filter change. This is carried out as soon as the vehicles come into us. This is carried out by our mechanic.
Habitation
All our RETAIL vehicles are given an NCC approved habitation check and report, by Neil the Caravan Medic. Everything is tested and repaired prior to selling. We do not cover any habitation under our warranty as these are older vehicles. Everything will be shown working on handover.
Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can offer NATIONWIDE delivery at a cost of £1.50 per mile one way. For example if you are 100 miles away from LE3 2BQ then the price you would pay is £150. We would either have our driver deliver the vehicle on trade plates or we use a local logistics company. You will pay the logistics company seperately. We will send a video before hand to show everything working.
Handover and collection of vehicle.
You are most welcome to come to us to collect, you will be given an indepth handover, showing how everything works along with a video, showing you how to use the control panel for example incase you forget. You will be given a handover checklist for you to sign to say you've seen it all working.
If you prefer to come by train or bus to collect your new camper/motorhome, then one of us can come and pick you up from Leicester Train or bus station. If you come and collect then we can do a full demonstration of your vehicle on handover which we are unable to offer if you opt for the deliver

- Hi we are Roadhouse Leisure set up by Clare Worth and Dean Mayes in Lockdown.
We are a small business in the heart of Leicester buying and selling good quality used motorhomes at competitive prices. From around £10-£40k Clare and Dean are the owners , we set it up in 2020 originally as a camper hire business, we eventually turned to sales in 2021.
We have a garage on Burnmoor street where we do the servicing and habitation work, there is an camping accessory shop on site. We have recently opened a sales office and pitch at Marlow Road, LE3 2BQ where we now show the vans to customers, with a large waiting / reception area, with a cafe too. - Warranty
- We give a 3 month mechanical warranty, not including battery.
Please remember that many of the vehicles are older and will have the odd problem from wear and tear and it isn't until it gets used for a few weeks that a problem becomes apparent, this is very normal and happens often! All vehicles have a thorough PDI, such as damp testing and gas leaks etc, and we repair anything we think needs repairing, however if something is missing it isn't working that we won't be including in the sale then it will be detailed in the advert. - Part Exchange
We are happy to take your camper van or motorhome in part exchange. Or we will also consider your car at trade price as we would just normally trade it onto the small network of car dealers that we sell to. I'm sorry but we don't deal in the following: boats or motorbikes.
Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with a non-refundable deposit of either £500 or £1000 depending on the sale price, this will be stated in the advert to that specific vehicle. Deposit is payable by bank transfer or we can take card payments. An invoice would be emailed to you along with our company bank info and a welcome email explaining in black and white everything that the vehicle is going to come with. The balance would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery on a weekday only because our bank will not pay into our bank on a weekend, silly I know! Habitation Checks
All RETAIL vehicles will come with a habitation check covering gas/240v/12v and to ensure that all appliances are functioning correctly. We have our contractor Neil the Caravan Medic that carries out the habitation checks on each vehicle. Any problems that come back from the habcheck then Tony & Mark carry out any repairs, or we may outsource the work depending on how busy our workshop is.
