The salt is hand harvested, dried, and ground into fine sea salt.
It remains completely unwashed, unrefined, and additive-free, retaining its richness in magnesium and trace elements.
Celtic sea salt can be sprinkled on food as a delicate seasoning or used during cooking to enhance flavor.
This fine sea salt is suitable as table salt as well.
It can be used to add flavor to soups, stews, sauces, and other dishes.
