This is an advertising booklet issued by the makers of "Slimcea" bread.  It dates, I think, to the 1960s and is titled "Slimcea Slimmers Shopping Guide & Calorie Chart".   The booklet measures 7.6cm x 11.5cm and has 12 pages including the covers.   An interesting piece of advertising memorabilia.    

The booklet is in a very good minus condition.  General edge, spine end and corner rubs, tiny creases at bottom corners, small, light creases at top corners, light rubbing along spine, some small, light, horizontal creases at spine, light mark at front of spine, light crease at front edge of front cover, a little light grubbiness, a tiny dent and some very small and tiny marks to front cover, small creases at bottom rear of spine, some light creases, and some tiny marks to rear cover, some light bends at front edges of pages, just a hint of browning and the odd tiny mark here and there internally, the odd bump at edges.  Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
