The Sakha knife, also known as the Yakut knife, is a traditional hunting and survival tool crafted by artisans in Yakutia. The Sakha knife considered as most practical, minimalistic and universal. This knife is hand-forged by the famous master blacksmith, Alexander Danilov. He's an expert in forging D2 steel and is passionate about preserving the traditions and secrets of forging metal from the iron ore of the ancient Sakha people. His knives are sold all over the world. Alexander Danilov’s passion and skill taught dozens of our young adult knife makers. Many of them became famous masters. 

The handle is constructed from a natural birch cap of Siberian origin, while the guard is composed of elkhorn, and the handle is adorned with a striking pattern.


The sheath is made by hand from natural leather, and stitched by hand with waxed threads. On the sides are the mark of the manufacturer, the coat of arms of the Republic of Sakha.
