Here are beautiful fine Platinum-Clad Silver half hoop earrings by Epiphany Jewelry whom are none for their features of their look of luxurious, priceless platinum jewelry.  This set is from the late 1990s to early 2000s and was purchased from QVC. Earrings are approx 1/2" in length and has 3/4" Diameter. Earrings have the snap type closure. There appears to be a brand name on the inside of the stud but unable to make it out.  As with any good diamoniques, these stud fine jewelry earrings sparkle when moved in any direction.  These beautiful earrings come in the Epiphany velvet light blue box with information on Epiphany. There is a imprint number in the bottom of the box: NP051503. On bottom of velvet box is: 0994996301-456-21302.   Don't have the original purchase info any more.
