Heller Brightly Survey Transit model 6697 w/ Wooden Box. It appears that you can see through the lenses but it is dirty. Looks relatively complete, but may be missing some small parts here and there. This is being sold as display, as this piece's functionality has probably deteriorated over the past 100 years. This is great display for a Surveyor, Engineer, Scientist and more.
