Romantische Ansichten von Stadten und Schlossern der guten alten Zeit (Picturesque Old Europe, Romantic Views of Cities and Castles of the good old Days), Both Edited by Rolf Muller and with an Introduction by Egon Schramm and published in a folio format, #1 oblong measuring 15" x 12" containing 159 pp. of mostly full-page color city views; and #2 measuring 10.5" x 15.5" containing 191 pages of mostly color views of monuments, historic buildings, towns and cities around Europe that were originally printed in the 19th century. It is bound in linen decorated with a city outline in gilt on the front cover, titled in gilt on the spine and wrapped in a cream dust jacket with colored views on both panels.
