Vtg Japanese Hina Doll Furniture Lantern 

This is a vintage Hina doll furniture lantern set. The lanterns are made of painted wood and paper, and they have attached strings for decoration. A Bonbori is a small lantern (portable lamp) that is lit by lighting a candle inside a candlestick covered with paper or cloth. It was used as a lighting fixture in the days when there was no electricity.

• Good condition. Paper part of the lanterns are damaged (tear). Some paint chips. Wear and tear due to age. Scattered holes in silk shade. Please see the photos carefully.
