Product design

1. Use a constant current power supply matching the voltage and current parameters of the electrolytic cell in the design of hydrogen products, otherwise the electrolytic cell will be damaged or its performance will not reach the standard;

2. When designing the product, the height difference between the water outlet of the water tank and the water inlet of the electrolytic cell should be greater than 10 cm, or the circulating water pump should be equipped, and there is no requirement for the height between the two when setting the circulating water pump;

3, electrolytic cell efficiency higher correlation with working temperature and constant low temperature can cause a certain cell damage, therefore in product design should fully consider start temperature problem, the solution to this problem needs in product design optimization, one is through the built-in program control output, the power of the power supply startup current output current pilot rise step by step, finally stability in ratedOperating current (parameters consistent with relevant models), operating voltage does not exceed rated voltage;Second, automatic instantaneous heating module or tank heating module is set between the water outlet of the water tank and the water inlet of the electrolytic cell to ensure that the water temperature flowing into the electrolytic cell is not less than 25 ℃;

5. If the electrolytic cell reuses the circulating water from the oxygen outlet, it is recommended to be treated by ion exchange resin (conductivity <5uS/cm), it is recommended to add ion exchange resin filter;

6. During product design, the internal space should be reasonably designed, especially enough space around the electrolytic cell and appropriate flow channel design to ensure normal air flow and achieve good heat dissipation effect;

7. The size of the water tank shall be corresponding to the technical parameter table, and the liquid level control and alarm device shall be set in the water tank to ensure that the water storage is above the lowest liquid level (refer to the technical parameter table for the specific value).

Product assembly process

1. In the process of product assembly, the working principle and characteristics of the electrolytic cell should be fully understood to prevent the joint and pipe mouth of the electrolytic cell from being polluted by other substances, and the assembly workshop should have a certain degree of cleanliness;

2. When connecting the circuit system, the positive and negative poles of the electrolytic cell should be carefully identified to prevent reverse connection, otherwise the electrolytic cell will be burned;

3. Pipe connection should be stable and reliable, with appropriate temperature, pressure and hydrolysis resistance, to prevent aging or falling off resulting in leakage;The materials in contact with water must be corrosion-resistant, oxidization-resistant and high-temperature resistant. It is recommended to use iron iron as structural parts or pipes. If metal materials are required, pure titanium is recommended.

4. The selection of electrical components should be strict to ensure safety and reliability.Use reasonable connection process to reduce unnecessary overheating.The quality of the connecting wire between the power supply and the electrolytic cell should be ensured, and the connecting end should be secured and reliable, otherwise it will generate a lot of heat and have hidden dangers.

Pure water/deionized water/secondary steam house water must be used (conductivity <5uS/cm), it can be suggested to use Ippo pure water;

Customers must be reminded to pay attention to the water level, and the operation without water is strictly prohibited to prevent the electrolytic cell from burning down.
