Excellent condition. No dead or loose stones. Plating is excellent. Clip is tight. The clip attachment is slightly off center but does not effect wearability or function. Any wear will be clearly shown and described. Shows beautifully.

Style Metal Spec NY is a relatively obscure company. Very little is known about this design house. I have been collecting it for about 12 years now. The pieces are high quality, featuring glass, Bakelite and often brass and stainless findings, filigree work, cherubs, acorns and other elements of nature often found in Victorian and art nouveau jewelry. The house only made dress clips, buckles, brooches, and necklaces. My research has found information indicating that the company was only in business from 1939-1942. There is other info available as to years in business, which cannot be confirmed.
