This is a well preserved hard  backed  book entitled Manchester sheffield Wath  Electrified Lines Working Instructions.  Written and  Published  in 1954 by BTC this edition runs to over 80 pages with many appendix & fold out track plan diagram and comprehensive index . It  contains a host of interesting descriptive information about all aspects of  this early electrified Railway system .The actual book cover is in very good condition as per the photo and contents are good with many varied rules and regulations of the time with fold out appendixes . It makes for very interesting reading and viewing for anyone with an interest in this historical snap shot of  this 1950 Electrified Railway system and its structure .  Rarely seen ..
