1961 vintage Smokey Bear and the Campers children's book, #423 , A Little Golden  Book First Edition marked "A" in spine at back of book.  Published by Golden Press, New York.

Illustrations by Mel Crawford, written by S. Quentin Hyatt

Book has 22 pages and measures approx. 8 x 6 1/2".

The pages are all intact and in fair to good condition. I see no writing on any of the pages except handwritten name on inside front cover "Jimmy Godwin" and written date on title page 8/31/62.There is some discoloration due to age, slight wear. Cover has spots of wearing on paper, discoloration and some wear at corners, some soil spots. Back cover has 5 brown spots of soiling.  See photos for better description of condition.
