Vintage Antique 45 gram STERLING SILVER  MATCH SAFE VESTA CASE no monogram Works Well

not sure if this is art Nouveau or victorian design has striker action on bottom, has factory loop below hinge to attach to chain (no sign of use here) front has inset section for photo of design, looks like nothing was ever attached here, 

CONDITION: I bought at antique estate sale, lightly used, tarnished, not broken, no monograms, no names anywhere,  no damage, no problems

MADE BY:  only marks I find on side 023  #6.  ON Tension clasp has some letters I can Not read
