One vintage Sam's petticoat. Size small. Style #835.  Might fit other sizes as well. Label states 100% Nylon but the top section feels like cotton.  The full skirt is double chiffon/mesh.

Small section on the waistband makes noise. Please see video. Not sure if that opening on the waistband is normal.
