This HP Envy X360 Convertible 15t-ed100 is a FOR PARTS SYSTEM. A power surge busted the chip pictured in the 3rd photo. After the surge, the system worked for almost 3 hours until the battery died and it no longer turns on. I'm assuming that damaged chip controls charging voltage and I can confirm the ram and SSD work after testing in another system.
