Headphones Grading:

Grade A+ - Mint - The headphones are in excellent condition, with no visible sign of use. The headphones will come with a charger and any vital accessories.

Grade A - Excellent - The headphones will have minimal signs of wear and tear. Please expect minor scratches and/or blemishes. The headphones will not include charger or any vital accessories.

Grade B - Good - The headphones will have visible signs of wear and tear. Please expect multiple scratches and/or scuffs. The headphones will not include charger or any vital accessories.

Grade C - Fair - The headphones will have significant signs of wear and tear. Please expect deep scratches, scuffs, dents and/or discolouration. The headphones will not include charger or any vital accessories.

Faulty For Parts - The headphones failed QA. They could have cracked plastics, failed speakers or connection issues. For the wireless models please expect damaged charge ports, batteries that fail to hold a charge or not charging at all. The headphones could have been liquid damaged, and/or have been worked on. The headphones will not include charger or any vital accessories. 

Our price includes UK delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm on a weekday or at the weekend will be shipped the following working day. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

New and used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days since purchase. Please note: we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.

We will only use your data to provide the requested service. We will only share your data with 3rd parties to ensure the execution of this service. This will usually only be couriers. We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS, but this is subject to change without notice. We will never use your data for targeted advertising.
