Up for sale today is this Prince Edward Island highway 34 sign. This sign is made to look like a 1960s prototype. several different prototype route markers are known to be hanging on the wall of a Charlottetown sign shop.

The sign is 13 by 17 1/2 inches and weighs a solid 4 pounds, 15 ounces. It is a high quality, heavy steel sign. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality. No cheap tin to be found here, with the wrong fonts, layouts, size, shape, or any other manner of embarrassing imperfection. This one will make even the most discerning collector stick their nose into the sign, as it looks that good from that close!
