Introducing the Legendary

NAD 3020e from the 1980's

What hifi said recently if they were to choose one Amplifier that deserves the Legendary status its the Nad.

It's one of a few excellent products that kick started the separates revolution and firmly put Nad on the map as a top drawer separates manufacturer.

This one is not A1 and has a few small cosmetic anomalies I've tried to photo. But this amp is 40 odd years old & but still sounds superb, like it did back in the 80's, it still makes the spine tingle, very assured solid and detailed.

I have tested all inputs and have uploaded a video of it running with a simple Ion iTT turntable and Traxdata cd player through some small pioneer bookshelf speakers, basic cables and it still sounded unbelievable for a 20 wpc amp, the solid power envelope at the front end is just like any 50wpc + amp I have used. You'd never think this amp had 20 wpc. 3 times maybe.

So if you have better partnering equipment and cables the sound quality will improve further still, also I recorded it with my phone mic but it was just to prove its working superbly like it was back when....
