A monochrome painting created on watercolour paper with wax, black ink and watercolour paint. My inspiration comes from my trips to Cornwall. In particular the far west near Penzance and Newlyn.

There the light is amazing, the coast stunning and the skies overwhelming.

So I came home a painted a spontaneous series of images.
