This 3-bedroom cottage can sleep up to 10 people (king, king, 2 doubles, and queen sleeper) and contains 2 bathrooms. Four vehicles can park directly under the unit. The cottage resort has its own outdoor pool, hot tub, playground, and picnic/barbeque area. Guests can also use the amenities and activities of Wyndam Ocean Boulevard, which is a quick walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. The beach is located a few blocks away and is located in front of Wyndham Ocean Boulevard.
I will put the unit in the guest's name once payment is received. A guest confirmation will be sent to them by email. The primary guest must be 21 years of age and have a driver's license and credit card at check-in. A security deposit will be placed on the credit card at check-in but will be released at check-out as long as there is no damage made to the unit. You will be offered a time-share presentation and gifts at check-in but are not required to take them. The actual cottage will be assigned at check-in and may vary from the photos. All sales are final and non-refundable.
