The spoon is very well made, it looks like it is an earlier spoon from the 17th-18th century
The eagle and the work is very detailed, every feather stands out! perhaps the spoon could even belong to the royal family
On the spoon itself it is written: кого люблю тому дарю.
What does it mean: I give it to whomever I love

I checked for silver, it shows that it is sterling silver but the hallmark has been erased.
Where the sample looked like there was soldering, that’s why it was not preserved!
