Corn, Soya, Rice, Green Gram, Vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3) and Minerals (Calcium Carbonate, Ferric Pyrophosphate)

Preparation Way

Main Method of Preparation :

1. Samaposha Aggala

• Samaposha 1 cup (100 g)
• Scraped Coconut Half of cup (50 g)
• Sugar 30 g
• Pinch of salt 0.3 g
• Water - if required

Add coconut, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix, to that add the Samaposha and mix again. If necessary add water to hold the mixture. Take enough mixture in to palm and make Aggala.

Optional Method of Preparation

2. Breakfast Cereal

• Samaposha - 50 g
• Sugar - 5 g
• Milk powder 20 g
• Milk 1 cup
• Pinch of salt 0.3 g

Add Samaposha, Sugar, Milk Powder and salt in a bowl and mix, to that add water or milk and stir well for consumption. (If use milk no need of adding milk powder and water)
