We ship using FedEx, DHL and Japan Post.
We usually ship within 1-10 business days of receiving cleared payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Japan's Holiday) after the payment is confirmed.
if your shipping address is defined as remote area, you may have to pay some part of shipping fee.
We may use recycled materials for packaging.Please be forewarned.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
As for electrical appliances, they are basically intended for use in Japan. Japanese appliances basically operate on 100V, 50~60Hz.
In most cases, a transformer is required to use Japanese electrical appliances outside of Japan.
