This is a rare first edition LP by Elton John, titled "Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player". The vinyl record is 12" in size and plays at 33rpm. The cardboard sleeve case type is excellent and the inlay and sleeve grading are both excellent and the original twelve page booklet is also excellent. All of the items show slight age/use ware marks which is understandable for a record that is 52 years old but nothing that is detrimental to the record. The audio is excellent just some soft crackles mainly noticeable between tracks and in quieter moments of play.

The record features translucent red coloured vinyl, an original inner sleeve, and an original laminated external cover. The LP is a singer-songwriter and pop rock style album, with elements of rock 'n' roll. This LP is a must-have for any Elton John or vinyl record collector, and was made in the UK in 1972.
