This is a very rare high grade movement made by the famous astronomical regulator company, Strasser & Rohde, of Glashutte, Germany.
It is a dead beat escapement, with adjustable pallets and 30 tooth escape wheel, Two wheels are jeweled and the anchor arbor, for a total of 6 jewels. It is a Hipp Toggle movement. What you see is what you get. Regrettably, I do not have the rest of the movement. It would be a wonderful project for the right talent.
