Richard struck a deal with longtime owner/driver D.K. Ulrich to allow Richard to start his Monte Carlo, to preserve his situation in the points and a lengthy consecutive starts streak. You won't find a more unique Petty piece than this. Awesome and rare paint scheme, car was only removed for pics.
