True Vintage Michelene

This Michelene Peignoir Negligee Set is Mid Century, estimating Circa late 1940's to 50's, possibly even early 1960's. It is Bridal White Nylon with beautiful lace.

Amazing, Rare Bridal Lingerie Set is still in absolutely wonderful condition!

Gown labeled Sz 32 but generously sized and there is room for a few more inches, Robe labeled Sz 32 also, sized as gown

Gorgeous, Sweetness and Romance, and Mid Century Glam

Gown is Nylon, with bridal bow applique and lace on the front bodice/bust, very feminine.

Rolled triple straps

Below the knee in length (Ballerina Length) with scalloped hem trimmed with dainty lace ruffles

belt loops with ribbon sash at the fitted waist

Robe is Nylon with beautiful lace collar, chiffon elbow length sleeves gathered at the end with elastic for ruffles and lace trim, lace at the front yoke and bridal bow applique.

This robe has two buttons and ties at the neckline with a white satin ribbon.

Full and floaty Nylon with a nice sweep, the robe is also below the knee in length (Ballerina Length)

The Stunning, Glamorous and Super Feminine Nightgown and matching Peignoir Robe is a showstopper. Perfect for honeymoon romance or those special occasions when you want to feel extra feminine and sexy. So sensuous, this is a wonderful Peignoir Negligee Set, and a true treasure for any collector.

Condition: Although I did not find anything of note when I held this up to the light, there may be a few light minor scattered picks in the Nylon and/or chiffon consistent with age, but if there are any, I did not see them, so they are not noticeable or distracting in any way from the beauty of the set. Very well preserved, especially for something from mid century era.

Measurements were taken with garment laying flat and measured side to side. Please take a few minutes to measure a similar garment you already own that fits you well, and compare those measurements to the measurements given to insure proper fit. I do not give refunds for items that do not fit, so email me if you have any questions.

Bust: This is labeled 32, and there is give to the fabric so it will fit up to about 34, maybe 36 inches around at the fullest part of the bust since the back is Nylon.

The length, measured from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the hem is about -- inches long.

The Robe is labeled 32 also, and measurements are consistent to those of the gown.

This romantic gown would be a wonderful gift for any occasion, or for a Bridal Shower or Honeymoon Trousseau. Excellent condition, especially for its age. No distracting issues were noted.
