 Note: If the record jacket is "cut", “notched” or "punched" - Record manufacturers cut the corner, punch a hole, or add a notch to the spine of the jacket of unsold records returned from retailers; these "cut-outs" are then re-sold to record sellers for sale at a discounted price. Except for the physical damage to the jacket, the actual LP record is unharmed by the cut-out process, and sounds exactly the same as the originally sold recording.
