This is a good condition hard backed book. The book has considerable fading to the front and rear boards, the pages are not loose from the spine all 372 pages are complete although the book is showing signs of boards coming away from the spine. There is corner bumping and page block end discolouration expected with the age of this book. The book does lie flat at certain pages through its structure. 

All things considered, this is still a reasonable condition expected from a book of this age and usage, please feel free to ask for any additional or specific photographs that I have not provided.
