Up for sale is a Fender USA Ultra Telecaster guitar neck. It was declared a factory blem with USED stamped on the back of the headstock and part of the serial number removed. This indicated a defect of some kind. Cosmetically, light scratches. In this case, the neck truss rod plug is loose. Truss rod turns fine but the neck has a back bow when loosen that gets worse with tightening. It will need much work to function properly.
