This Wisconsin Statehood 2004 P Quarter is out of a BU Mint roll in which these quarters all have die and/or doubling mint production errors. The right leaf is doubled, showing on the left side of the corn stalk. Please view photos closely.

To my knowledge, these particular statehood  quarters are absolutely a newly discovered, and along with this, obscure error coins in a mint state condition.  Some toning on coin noted.  Coin is encapsulated.
