One rare vintage Gay Life by Formfit Corset/bra. Size 34C. Style # 395. I would call it off white/light ivory taffeta like with a power net back. Sheer embroidered mesh with stitching accents on the cups. Wire-free. Light boning.  Adjustable back closure. Unknown material. 

Power net shows some wear but more visible on the inside. Boning is slightly bent. Will need to be laundered as no care instructions on the label.
