VTG 90s Treasured Times Magic Spinning Lamp Smiley Face Works! READ

This is a vintage spinning lamp from Treasured Times featuring smiley faces. It works from the heat of a 3W bulb. The bulb needs to warm up before it will spin. You also need to make sure the spinner is centered on the tiny post. I gave it a slight push and away it went and ran for hours. It's very lightweight and a fun lamp. There is a slight tear on the top of the spinning part but I have taped it and it works. See pics and video.
