It’s sleeveless and has a scoop neckline with a decorative tie at the front and it’s elasticated around the top and waist. It measures 14” across the back, underarm to underarm, laid flat but stretches to 23”, waist measures 25” laid flat but stretches to 44”, length from shoulder to hem is 29” and length of the shorts (waist to hem) is 14”. It has been worn but is still in VGC.
