This is the early model L-11 (luxo-11) by jac jacobsen made by his company jac jacobsen A/S , in Norway, early 1950´s.
decades later this lamp was the inspiration for Pixar studios logo.
THE LAMP IS WORKING FINE , ORIGINAL 220 VOLTS CORD AND PLUG , ALL PARTS ARE ORIGINAL.
